A hand-crafted donut shop inspired by the founder’s grandfather—a baker in the logging camps of northern Wisconsin in the 1930’s. His original “firecakes” were cooked in a cast iron pot of oil over an open fire and sprinkled with sugar. Today’s version still uses the secret family recipe, combined with locally sourced ingredients, made fresh every day.
